Cancellations after confirmation on the trip will be subject to a cancellation fee of $25.00 per person, unless otherwise stated, plus any trip liabilities incurred by Tri Valley Ski Club as a result of that participant’s cancellation from the trip.

If a trip participant wishes to cancel from one trip and apply the monies paid to another Tri Valley Ski Club Trip, within the same fiscal year, the trip director will complete the transfer form, showing monies received, cancellation fees, and amount to be transferred to the new trip. If there are any discrepancies, the final decision will be made by the E-Board.

If a trip is cancelled by the Club, refunds will be made for the full amount paid by all participants. No refunds will be made for costs incurred for missed transportation or lost tickets.
